Sue O'Malley has had an extensive and diverse career path within the Westfield Group spanning 25 years. The Westfield Group is the largest retail property group in the world by equity market capitalisation and in the top ten largest entities listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Westfield have investment interests in 119 shopping centres in four countries, with a total value in excess of A$59 billion.Westfield continues to be a company on the move, thanks to its open and diverse culture, multi disciplinary approach  and determination to challenge accepted thinking.Commencing as Marketing Manager at Marion in South Australia in 1985, Sue has worked across multiple disciplines within Marketing, Centre Management and Customer Relations. Roles have included State Marketing Manager for South Australia, Western Australia and the ACT, National Marketing Manager and Centre Manager.  In 2006 Sue was appointed to her current role which has evolved to include a major focus on Sustainability.Sue’s progress and development epitomise the potential for change and advancement within the Westfield Group, due to its size and range of opportunities.Hear Sue speak about her career and the qualities for success within Westfield.
