hi there. i have tried updating some of my details on the website (eg. my web address, my office address) but these fields are 'greyed out' and unable to be changed. how can i change these details?

also, i seem to remember previosly being able to search for members by the industry they work in. now the only search criteria is by company name. can you pls bring back the additional search criteria?

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on the various technologies. I do appreciate it.

The reason we have greyed out web and office address is that if YOU change it online we will not be aware of the changes. We need to keep our database up to date with that info so we can keep in contact.

I have changed the members search to include industry coding. It was on my list since before we went live - but I did not give it priority as there is always lots to do that is urgent.

With FaceBook, we found that we were using our user page instead of our business page to post and it has 329 friends. We changed over on Thursday and sent a message to everyone on the personal one giving our new facebook page. So I do hope we get the majority of them back again.

I have a personal LinkdIn and Twitter account but have not set up one for SSBEC yet. Will get to it soon, I hope.
