A new website promoting South Australian business and "mates rates" between contacts has been officially launched

The website, ourSA, has been developed by Marc Colquhoun of Events Corp, and offers discounts and special offers among members, who pay to join.

Mr Colquhoun said the website's aim was to drive economic growth and prosperity among the website's members and for the state.

"By offering excellent value to South Australians from our South Australian respected and trusted businesses, we should be able to promote the growth of our businesses as well as the growth of our economy," he says.

www.oursa.com.au allows approved South Australian businesses or service providers to place their offers on the website which can then be viewed by other members.

Membership growth is being assisted by a wide range of initiatives including working closely with some of Adelaide's Business Enterprise Centres (BEC), especially the Eastern and Inner South Centres. The state's regional development boards are also helping to promote the site.
