All online payments through the Site are processed through My Booking Manager. We do not see your credit card information.

After assistance has been given, this site does not retain the e-mail address of people who send e-mails through the Contact facility.

We may use non-identifiable information generated by your activities for:

2. Improvements to the website to the user's needs; and

Refunds

We require 3 working day's notice, if after making a booking for an event or workshop you find you are unable to attend.

If, after making a payment for an event or workshop you find you are unable to attend, we will refund your monies if notice is given 3 working day's before the event or workshop is held.

We will also look favourably at the issue if non-attendance is due to unforseen circumstances and notice is outside of this time limit.
